About The Role Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, you will provide timely and efficient administrative assistance to our Fleet Service team. In this position you will also provide support to the broader store operations team, including service and sales, as required. You will also be a key communication point for our external customers, providing the highest level of customer service. This position is responsible for a broad range of administrative responsibilities including: Obtain order numbers and convert work orders into invoices daily Allocate stock to service trucks, using SAP Allocate call-out work internally in line with agreed policies and procedures Liaise with external customers who require call-out assistance Managing roster changes Verifying and submitting timesheets Complete consignment deliveries- accurately reflect consignment agreements in Marlin Assist with monthly stocktakes Update information in relevant IT systems (predominantly SAP and B-Mobile) Ensure safe working practices and behaviours About you Experience in the tyre industry is not essential (but highly regarded), as we will teach you all you need to know, however, to be successful in this position you will have: Demonstrated administration and coordination skills Invoice preparation / processing experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a strong customer service focus Be comfortable in receiving direction and communicating direction to others within an agreed area of responsibility / task Exceptional organisation and time management skills A high level of attention to detail Good analytical and problem-solving abilities A strong commitment to health and safety. Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office Experience using SAP and Marlin, Webfleet are beneficial to this position, but not essential. Certificate III in Business or Administration will be highly regarded.
