Cultural swap days Free onsite gym and swimming pool What will you be doing? You will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support for our cloud-based platform, Unify. Whether our clients want to analyse buying patterns, understand basket sizes or identify new ways they can grow sales, Unify provides a personalised and customised view of all their information. Responsibilities Assess incidents and provide solutions for issues that cannot be managed by the level 1 support team Perform root cause analysis and communicate with the necessary teams Conduct day-to-day maintenance and health checks to ensure stability of the application Implement change requests according to the change management framework Identify improvements as part of the BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work Requirements Tertiary qualification in technology preferred 5 years’ experience working with web-based application infrastructure and enterprise systems 3 years’ experience in production support, ideally in a globally distributed team Experience with troubleshooting applications hosted on Unix/Linux Experience working with UNIX shell and BASH scripts to determine causes of failures Knowledge and experience with ITIL and ticketing workflows Intermediate knowledge of writing SQL queries to diagnose and extract data Intermediate experience in Linux and UNIX administration features Ability to research solutions to various business and technical problems, evaluate alternatives and be able to present recommendations Ability to work well under pressure Effective communication skills Circana Behaviours As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation.
