APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 124,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members. We’re looking for two awesome administrators to join our Licensing Operations team, one for our Events Administration team and the other in our Account Administration team. Both roles will be based in our Ultimo office, which is on Gadigal land. Events Administrator This thriving team manages invoicing and setlist processing for concert, event and festival customers, ensuring a smooth process for customers and exceptional service to our members. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive mindset will contribute to the success of our team. Your key responsibilities will include: Accurately entering and processing Setlists and Music Use Reports into our CRM system. Issuing timely and accurate invoices for event licence applications to ensure prompt licence establishment. Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM, ensuring all licence agreements received from Event Account Managers are complete and accurate. Monitoring event-related mailboxes , ensuring all correspondence is actioned efficiently. Account Administrator This role sits within our busy account administration team responsible for managing invoicing and adjustments across our profit centres. The team ensures processes run efficiently and that customers receive accurate and timely service. As an Account Administrator , you’ll support the day-to-day operations of account administration, helping to maintain accurate records and support our commitment to outstanding service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: Issuing timely and accurate invoices on behalf of our revenue teams to ensure prompt licence establishment. Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM, ensuring all information received is complete and accurate. Managing and monitoring mailboxes , ensuring all correspondence is actioned efficiently. To thrive in either role, you'll need: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong numerical and data entry skills , with the ability to manage high volumes of information. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, across various platforms. A solid understanding of musical works —knowledge of classical music is highly regarded. Confidence in working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
