What You'll Do: You'll be the go-to for managing timesheet data, payroll approvals, and supporting the wider finance function with reconciliations and client invoicing. You'll review and process a high volume of weekly timesheets, approve and input data into Sapphire and MYOB, and handle payroll processing and client invoicing. Your responsibilities will also include reconciling client receipts, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with accruals and month-end tasks, and managing reimbursable charges and ad hoc client requests. You'll liaise daily with international teams to follow up on documentation and act as the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, maintaining clear, professional communication across both internal and external stakeholders. Once you've built confidence in your remit, there will be opportunities to take on more advanced tasks and broaden your scope within the team.
