You will work closely with the Principal and the team to deliver top-tier service and results in leasing and selling commercial properties including industrial, retail, office, and business sites. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and follow a targeted sales script to drive conversations and outcomes Attend weekly Monday lead/listing meetings Conduct a quarterly count of vacant commercial properties and present findings Meet quarterly with the Principal to review progress and goals Maintain excellent diary and calendar management to enhance time use, communication, and teamwork Keep your workspace and vehicle neat, professional, and client-ready at all times Attend monthly networking events About You: Previous experience in real estate or sales (commercial preferred but not essential) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Detail-oriented and highly organised A self-starter who thrives in a structured, accountable environment Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration You'll work with a team that values integrity, collaboration, and professionalism, benefit from direct mentorship through weekly one-on-one sessions with the Principal, and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement and support—within a respected, established brand where your input, ideas, and performance genuinely matter.
