They are currently seeking a passionate and driven Technical Sales Representative to join their team and contribute to their mission. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Quranic materials and courses to customers, including individuals, mosques, schools, and Islamic organisations. The successful candidate will combine their technical expertise with strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and has a genuine interest in Quranic and Islamic studies, with experience in Quran memorisation courses combined with Islamic education course delivery and promotion. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team and management to execute sales strategies, including identifying target markets, defining sales objectives, and creating action plans. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business. Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our Quranic materials and courses, including their features, benefits, and usage in both physical and digital formats. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to suit the specific needs and interests of different customer segments. Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager. Customer Engagement: Represent the Centre at exhibitions, school programs, Islamic events, and partner institutions. Platform Familiarity: Demonstrate comfort with online educational platforms and contribute to digital expansion initiatives. REQUIREMENTS (Essential): Minimum Diploma or Certificate III in any discipline including business, marketing, management, engineering or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in Quran memorisation and Tajweed. At least 3 years of experience in Islamic education programs. At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or a related role. At least 3 years of experience in the education or Islamic products sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. SKILLS (Highly Regarded): Certificate of completion of the Memorisation of the Holy Quran. Advanced Quranic studies in Tajweed and Tafseer. Higher Islamic studies qualifications. Demonstrated multilingual communication skills, particularly in Arabic and English.
