We’re currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to support a busy estimating team during a peak period. This is a contract role (3 months) with full-time hours and potential for extension. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and technical aptitude, particularly in quoting or estimating for electrical or lighting products. You’ll work closely with internal departments to deliver high-quality service and timely project estimates. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate project estimates based on customer requirements Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and technical teams Handle quotation queries and product pricing issues efficiently Maintain CRM records and customer communication logs Assist Business Development Managers with project quoting Contribute to quality and environmental standards (ISO9001 & ISO14001) About You 3 years experience in customer service, quoting, or estimating (electrical/lighting experience highly regarded) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work both independently and within a collaborative team Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented and well-organised Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced setting Contract Details Contract length: 3 months Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Friendly, experienced team and supportive environment On-site role in Scoresby with training provided If you're available for a short-term opportunity and ready to bring your customer service and estimating experience to a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
