The role This is a permanent, full-time opportunity as a Practice Coordinator; it incorporates wide-ranging legal support and EA responsibilities. You'll work with assigned Partners and a small team of lawyers in Banking, Finance and Corporate, yet also be part of a cohesive, welcoming team of legal support professionals who work together well to support each other at busy times. Your day will be varied and include responsibility for support around meetings and events & CRM management. You'll oversee matter-management, billing, document/file management and work closely with the firm's business support services (finance, BD, HR etc.) to ensure the Partners and lawyers can fully focus on their legal work. All in all, this is a well-rounded opportunity that will use your Legal support skills, whilst allowing you to develop as a Practice Coordinator About you To be considered for the role you will offer : three years experience in a legal secretarial, Legal EA style role. Your experience will have been gained in a law firm where you will have worked with commercial, transactional matters; Experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably You'll also be a team player - someone who is ready to join a committed group of legal support professionals who work together well.
