About the Role This is a full-time, temporary role for 6 weeks, based at our Coolum Beach facility. As the Receptionist, you’ll play an important part in delivering a warm and professional experience for our customers, clients, and staff. This short-term role could be your first step into a long-term career—ongoing opportunities in various areas of the business may become available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls and managing general inquiries Greeting visitors and assisting walk-in customers Managing the reception inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner Supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams with administrative tasks Booking and coordinating meetings, maintaining the reception area Updating client information in business systems and CRMs Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication About You We’re looking for someone with a friendly, professional manner and strong organisational skills who can step confidently into a dynamic and welcoming front-of-house role. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in reception, customer service, or admin roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a bonus A polite, calm, and solution-focused approach to interactions Why Join Zone RV?
