Key Responsibilities As the Flagship Boutique Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of your business, including: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a consultative & high-level experience for every visitor. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels, including boutique standards & organisation. Sales and Client Engagement: Drive sales through building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge and a personal approach. Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security measures. Skills & Prior Experience The ideal management candidate for this role will be someone with: Proven extensive experience in a leadership role in the retail industry, preferably in a luxury or jewellery environment. A deep understanding of premium client engagement and a commitment to delivering an elevated approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and lead a team effectively. Exceptional organisational skills. The ability to train and motivate a team to foster a positive and elegant boutique culture. Remuneration & Benefits In return for the dedication and sensational skills you'll bring, on offer for you is: Base salary of $70k S and performance-based incentives.
