Fully refurbished office space in Docklands Newly created role Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm With a new office, comes this new role! We are motivated to increase efficiencies and continue to provide excellent service within this manufacturer and distributor of medical devices. As the Operations Manager of this Global Business, you will be very hands-on within this small team of 3. Your role will sit between Customer Service and the Country Manager. Your responsibilities will look like this: Driving efficiencies, primarily focusing on order handling including processing, packaging and shipping; Establishing and continuing to build strong partnerships with customers; Assisting with any escalated customer complaints; Supporting the Customer Service specialist with answering the phone, responding to customer enquiries and end-to-end order processing; Overseeing and supporting the Accounts Payable and Receivable specialist; Managing all internal systems and databases for customers and vendors; Coordinating tight inventory management, ensuring efficient and adequate stock ordering, keeping track of Backorders; Managing and coordinating sales activities; Assisting Sales Representatives with queries and requests; Supporting the Country Manager in ensuring adherence to Quality and Regulatory requirements; and Supporting marketing campaigns, including trade shows, mailing campaigns and training events. To be considered for this position, we are seeking: Senior experience within a Customer Service & Sales environment, including inventory control and order processing; Proven ability in process improvement and implementing efficiencies; Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders; Strong system knowledge and skills including MS Office. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Salesforce advantageous; and A hands-on approach and team mind-set, to ensure you can always jump in when required.
