Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Multiple Full Time, Permanent Roles available, Part time will be considered About the role As the Administration Officer within the Radiology Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting a high-functioning medical imaging environment that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator and Administration Manager Radiology, you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional administrative services that underpin efficient patient care. Your role will involve a broad range of duties including managing patient records, coordinating bookings, liaising with clinical staff, and maintaining data entry and reporting systems to support clinical workflows. This position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the Radiology Department, providing critical administrative assistance that enables the clinical team to focus on delivering quality imaging services. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a busy, multidisciplinary team will ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of service delivery across all shifts. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong commitment to customer service and demonstrate initiative and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate, high-volume work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact courteously and confidentially with people from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality administrative support, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office applications. Sound understanding of customer service principles, WHS responsibilities, and general administrative procedures.
