Your New Role Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager and based in Redbank, this role involves providing high-level technical support across Ausco’s APAC IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining systems, servers, and storage Monitoring cybersecurity threats Contributing to application improvements and project planning Supporting user training The position offers exposure to a modern Microsoft Azure environment and tools such as JIRA, Intune, Azure DevOps, and VMware. It also includes managing Standard Operating Environments and collaborating with a forward-thinking Infrastructure team.
