As Sales Administrator, you’ll manage the full process from offer and acceptance to settlement while working with a professional and, collaborative team. Benefits of working for this company: $75,000 superannuation Monday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday off 9:00am – 5:30pm work hours Work directly for the developer Stable long-term role in an established business Attend sales events, launch parties and team building activities What will you be doing in this role: Working alongside the sales team, you’ll split your time between head office and the display suites, managing the end-to-end sales process, from offer and acceptance through to settlement, across both off-the-plan and completed residential apartment projects. Liaison with builders, solicitors, banks and brokers Enter buyers into CRM and issue sales advices Order contracts, chase exchanges and nurture buyers to settlement Book valuations and final inspections Track deposits Ensure clients are financially prepared for settlement to take place Manage contract variations and changes to finishes or key dates Manage compliance for all sales paperwork Guide clients on key dates and contract milestones Commission calculations Ordering supplies and sales collateral for the display suite Prepare weekly sales reports Attend weekly sales meetings Update and issue price lists to sales team The right candidate will have: Strong understanding of the residential sales process A current Certificate or Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License Flexibility to work Saturdays Highly organised with strong attention to detail A reliable car and drivers license Experience using Property Base preferable Excellent record keeping skills Ability to build relationship and drive outcomes To confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
