The Role Our casual Swim Teachers work closely with all team members to ensure that the Company’s program is delivered in accordance with the program. As a Swim Teacher, the vision, mission, and values of the brand will live in all that is done, each day serving the community of parents, carers and children. Multiple Casual positions are available. Key Accountabilities Ensure all equipment is secure and placed correctly for each age group. Mark attendance in Autopilot. Help parents where needed. Help parents wanting to move classes/days. Hand out and collect small equipment during class as required. Ensure each piece of small equipment is put away between classes. Uphold and demonstrate the Company’s vision, mission, and values by upholding the charter. Adhere to the Company’s systems and procedures as outlined. Deliver the Company’s products and services in line with the program, lesson plans and SOPS of the organisation. Adhere to the Company’s Management System which includes Autopilot and Op Central. Utilise the support and expertise of other Company Champions Provide regular feedback and updates. Teacher assistants are warm and welcoming for all families new and old. Team Engagement Work as part of the team and community to create a positive, tolerant, and harmonious work environment. Deal with all team members in a helpful, courteous, and respectful manner. Communicate ideas that may improve efficiency, performance or standards of the business.
