Key responsibilities: - Front of house responsibility; act as primary point of contact for all staff, guests and vendors - ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience - Concierge- level service: provide personalised assistance for guests and staff, including transport bookings, catering arrangements and general location support. - Meeting & Events coordination: oversaw the booking set up, and technology needs of meeting rooms, including AV, web conferencing and catering logistics. - Workplace operations support: Collaborated with facilities and building services team to maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of shared areas. - Mail & Courier Management: handle inbound/outbound deliveries and liaised with couriers. - Administrative support: provided day-to-day admin support to CBRE client services team. - Culture and community contribution: support the creation of a vibrant people-first office culture by being responsive to daily workplace needs.
