Description About the Role: The Warehouse Manager position is a vital role within the Wholesale & Infrastructure team and is responsible for the overall planning and preparation of deliveries and receipting of stock for construction and maintenance of Uniti Group and its subsidiaries. This role will also support the delivery of best-in-class services for the equipment preparation, builds, installation and maintenance of Opticomm hardware and infrastructure. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff Receive, store, and dispatch goods on time Accept deliveries and manage outgoing shipments Prepare equipment for dispatch and support warehouse tasks Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed Conduct stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy Support logistics and inventory control processes Check orders, deliveries, and inventory for accuracy Maintain records and prepare required documentation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external customers Liaise with stakeholders to meet project and delivery goals Assist with the delivery of Headend construction tasks About you: The ideal person for this role will have/be: A proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing A self-starter who effectively manages priorities and time Skilled in collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment A true team player, eager to share knowledge and contribute to group success Innovative, with a focus on continuous improvement and creative problem-solving Committed to personal development, actively seeking to expand skills and expertise A person of integrity, demonstrating honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness Always presenting a professional image, with a positive, can-do attitude Flexible and able to adjust to changing business needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and meeting operational goals Possessing a great personality—approachable, enthusiastic, and able to foster strong relationships across all levels Essential Experience: Forklift licence Minimum 5 years as a Warehouse Worker First Aid Cert II/CPR accreditation desirable Logistics principles and inventory management Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Familiar with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements About us: Uniti Group is an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing word-class digital infrastructure company.
