With major projects underway and more secured, they’re now seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the commercial components of large-scale builds. This role is ideal for a contracts professional with strong procurement and cost management experience looking to take ownership of project delivery from a commercial standpoint. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and variations Track project costs, assist with forecasting, and drive cost control measures Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site supervisors Maintain accurate reporting, claims, and compliance documentation Contribute to risk management and commercial strategy across builds Use Cheops or similar systems to ensure clean, up-to-date records What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator role Background working on commercial projects $30M–$50M Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail Proficiency in construction software (Cheops preferred but not essential) Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: $180K – $190K Super (depending on experience) Long-term secured projects with an immediate start available Work alongside a strong delivery team with supportive leadership Clear path toward more senior commercial or project leadership roles Looking to step up in a stable, growth-focused environment?
