Retail Cleaning Supervisor – West Village Shopping Centre We’re excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the cleaning contract at West Village in West End , with operations commencing from Friday 18 July 2025. We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join and lead our team in a vibrant and busy retail centre. About the Role Working closely with the Trident Regional Manager, you will be coordinating daily cleaning operations at West Village Shopping Centre. This hands-on role involves performing general cleaning duties, supporting team members, and helping with minor roster and task adjustments. Under your leadership, your team will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across public areas, bathrooms and touchpoints, while always presenting professionally and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation Report hazards and incidents Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication Skills & Experience Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred) Previous supervisory experience highly regarded Reliable, proactive, and physically fit Able to work independently and in a team Mandatory Requirements Police Check (or willing to obtain) Australian work rights (unlimited) First Aid (desirable) QLD Driver's Licence Available to work Thursday - Monday 0600-1406 What We Offer Uniform and training provided Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities About Trident Services We deliver professional cleaning and security services across Australia’s retail centres and airports, with a focus on high standards and customer service.
