Role Description: We’re looking for a Retail Tenancy Coordinator to manage approval processes for numerous tenancies, as part of a major building development project. Located in Brisbane, you’ll be responsible for: Ensuring the smooth and efficient opening of retail tenancies. Managing retail leases agreements with landlords and tenants. Overseeing design and approval processes. Contract administration and stakeholder management in complex environments. Managing construction fitout processes where required. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Retail Tenancy Coordinator (ie: you’ll need retail leasing experience). You’ll also need: Strong communication skills and an ability to manage internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. Qualifications in Property, Leasing, Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
