We are seeking an experienced Tech Bar Specialist to join a prominent ASX-200 organisation. This full-time, onsite position based in North Sydney will see you serve as the primary point of contact for all technology support, delivering a polished and customer-focused experience across both Level 1 and Level 2 incidents. The role will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including the executive leadership team to deliver EUC & Digital Workplace solutions that enhance employee engagement and increase productivity. Key Responsibilities: Provide front-line support via the onsite Tech Bar, managing hardware, software, and application-related issues Deliver effective 1st and 2nd level technical support across end user devices and collaboration tools Support AV and video conferencing systems within meeting rooms, ensuring consistent functionality Assist with asset management and hardware lifecycle processes, including stock control Contribute to the uplift of endpoint management and device security in alignment with Essential 8 and CIS benchmarks Support onboarding and offboarding processes in line with compliance and digital workplace requirements Promote continuous service improvement across all areas of End User Computing Skills & Experience: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SOE, Microsoft Defender, and modern device management tools Demonstrated experience in supporting AV and video conferencing environments Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at the executive level Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and resolve technical issues efficiently A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service delivery Please apply ASAP to secure an interview slot for next week!
