Its legal team plays a key role in enabling commercial outcomes while managing risk across the group. The Role As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice across a range of operational and corporate matters. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will: Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement and technology contracts; Advise on tenders, contract variations, and supplier negotiations; Provide guidance on privacy, compliance, IP and regulatory frameworks; Support legal operations and deliver practical risk mitigation strategies; Assist with mentoring junior team members and stakeholder engagement; and This is a hands-on role that will suit someone comfortable working at pace with autonomy and accountability. About You You are a commercial lawyer with 5–7 years’ post-admission experience, ideally gained in both private practice and in-house. You bring: Proven capability in commercial contracting and procurement; Strong drafting and advisory skills with a business-minded approach; Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision; Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Experience in regulated or technology-led environments (advantageous); and Construction experience would also be highly regarded. You're a confident, adaptable lawyer who can quickly build rapport and contribute value from day one.
