About the Role As our Design Lead , you will: Lead and inspire the design team to deliver compelling, high-quality creative solutions across all brand touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and business support teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation in every project. Oversee the development of design concepts for campaigns, digital content, print collateral, presentations, and property marketing materials. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Lead and coordinate design traffic — balancing incoming project flow, delegating and resourcing workloads effectively, and ensuring all deliverables hit deadlines with consistent quality Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and excellence. Ensure all creative output aligns with Marshall White’s brand standards and business objectives. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior design role, ideally within real estate, property, or a related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print platforms. Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
