SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR | SALESFORCE, HTML/CSS/JS, LWC | $100K SUPER | SYDNEY, NSW | ONSITE Sirius Technology is working with a purpose-driven healthcare organisation in Sydney to recruit a Junior Salesforce Administrator with front-end web development skills. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a science-led organisation where technology plays a vital role in supporting research, clinical operations, and patient outcomes. You’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing the organisation’s Salesforce platform, while also contributing to front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role is fully onsite (5 days a week) and best suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, reports, dashboards, and workflows Partner with internal stakeholders to drive effective CRM use and adoption Build and enhance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions Assist with Salesforce upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve engagement Skills Required: 1–2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; exposure to Lightning Web Components preferred Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain English Experience working with non-technical users or cross-functional teams Comfortable with 5-day onsite work in Sydney Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential If you want to find out more, please apply!
