About the Role As the WHS Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring that safety standards are upheld across all sites. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership, you'll provide hands-on support, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Monitor and implement WHS systems across multiple construction sites Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations Develop and deliver safety training and toolbox talks Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to promote safe work practices Maintain safety documentation and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement of WHS procedures What We're Looking For Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma in WHS or equivalent) Experience in a similar WHS role within the construction industry Strong working knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and construction codes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace Why Join This Team?
