Operations Controller- Part Time — Maida Vale, Kalamunda Area

The Opportunity This is a vital front-line position, supporting the day-to-day operations of our High Wycombe depot. The Operations Controller plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services, operational compliance, and effective communication with drivers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Support daily operational activities, including service delivery, compliance monitoring, driver liaison, rostering, and reporting. Work closely with Depot Managers to help implement business plans and strategic objectives for the site. Assist in the coordination and execution of school runs, route services, special events, and charter operations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on high-quality service and performance. Manage daily staff resource allocations, including maintaining driver rosters via Coach Manager. Support cost-effective staffing strategies in collaboration with management. Why Kinetic? Previous experience in transport, logistics, or operations is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided . Minimum MR (Medium Rigid) Driver’s Licence is required. A current PTD (Passenger Transport Driver) accreditation and Working with Children Check , or the willingness to obtain them. Current First Aid Certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain. Strong planning and organisational skills , with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. Intermediate computer literacy , with the ability to navigate integrated software systems (experience with TIMS is highly regarded).
