About The Position We are seeking a customer focused, proactive and self-motivated individual to manage our Reception Function and provide administrative support to some of our Corporate Services functions. As our National Head office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and first smiling face our employees see. This role will be varied due to offering administration support across the organisation. Your responsibilities in this role will include: Answer, screen, and forward calls in a professional manner Purchase order entry (PRONTO system) Managing incoming Accounts Payable invoices (KOFAX system) Managing Daily Sign in / Out Register Managing Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriers Document filing, organizing, archiving and general Administration Duties Managing bookings for conference/meeting rooms Supporting various projects across Corporate Services To be successful in this role you will require: Excellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detail A positive and professional manner Ability to work independently and as a team Previous administration experience Be office based from 7.30am to 4.30pm in Rydalmere
