Your Role Reporting to the Administration Manager, your role will involve: - Answering incoming calls - Diverting all calls to the relevant department - Accurate recording and sharing of messages - Distribution of incoming mail - Preparation of outgoing mail - Meeting and greeting clients / guests - Ad hoc administration Your Profile You will have a proactive nature and a natural willingness to assist others. You will use your initiative and pride yourself on taking ownership of your role. You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will take pride in your ability to multitask and provide high levels of customer service. You will have sound experience with MS Office and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You will have a minimum of 1 years demonstrated experience in providing reception and telephone services support. What's in it for you?
