Attractive hourly pay rate of $40 per hour Super 35 per week and 7 hour per day Berkshire Park near Penrith PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You will provide administrative support services to senior managers, supporting correctional administrative processes and activities such as general administration, executive support, fleet management, and records management to maintain effective operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a diverse range of administrative and support services, including fleet record management, fleet associated correspondence, Fleet coordination to support the effective operation of the logistics unit. Manage supplier networks and accounts for all motor vehicles within the assigned portfolio to ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed effectively. Maintain accurate, accessible fleet administrative records for Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and fleet reporting to meet critical deadlines such as lease retirement dates. Administer vehicle leases, forecast lease retirements and arrange vehicle replacements to prevent lease penalties. Process all applications for new or replacement vehicles including ordering vehicles and disposals to support Fleet operations. Coordinate entries of fleet records into SG Fleet Log Manager for accountability and financial management. Monitor and advise fleet users on vehicle utilisation, repairs, service, lease, registration at CSI Logistics and across Work & Education as applicable. Coordinate quotations from vehicle suppliers to SG Fleet and prepare all vehicle replacement applications for approvals. Coordinate bookings for Heavy Vehicle inspections as required by the NHVR. Administer disposal process for all vehicles to auction at end of lease. Administer all TMF insurance claims to ensure completion of all repairs. Undertake administration and workplace duties as requested ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Current Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role. Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Pronto (or similar business management system), Trim / EDRMS, My Work Zone and for Fleet Management. Proven ability to deliver multiple fleet and administrative support activities and services in line. Proven ability to consistently perform to a high standard in a busy and complex work environment whilst undertaking work tasks, with minimal supervision, individually or as part of a team.
