Graphic Designer — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

An exciting opportunity to join Brandbank as a Graphic Designer. In this role you will be responsible for developing and creating finished art of the highest standard whilst maintaining accuracy for all window and visual merchandising elements used both in windows and instore across all six brands (Seed Heritage, Unison, Allkinds, Commonry, kikki.K and FINE_DAY). THE ROLE: Collaborate with the Group Window Concept Manager and Group Production Manager to research, develop, and produce artwork and production-ready files. Design and prepare visual assets for window concept propping elements for print and production. Create window and in-store signage. Design hoarding and block-out graphics for new store openings. Develop store fit-out elements including decals, imagery, and signage. Produce product labelling, pricing, and product information materials. Support the PR/Marketing team and Brand Art Director with creative assets for seasonal events and activations. Assist internal teams with the design and formatting of documents, forms, and packs. Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity. Develop visual concepts and artwork for seasonal campaign shoots, including illustrations, graphics, and typography. Design bespoke packaging for key events and promotional periods. Create and distribute documentation for store openings. Support general design needs including event invitations, greeting cards, photo editing, personalised stationery, newsletters, business cards, and other branded collateral. On-site role, 5 days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design Strong knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Proven experience in a Graphic Design position (within retail is advantageous) Ability to work across multiple projects and multiple brands simultaneously Excellent organisational skills including time management, prioritising, meeting deadlines Strong communication skills Able to support and collaborate with a team working offsite Ability to lead freelance team when required ABOUT BRANDBANK GROUP: Brandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
