Customer Service Officer — Hawthorne, Brisbane

$40 per hour plus super Work from home on Friday Casual ongoing assignment - 3-6 months (with possible extension) Hawthorne office location 8.00am to 4.30pm Immediate start! The Company: A leading provider of online speech therapy services providing high-quality, consistent speech pathology services via telehealth nationally. The Role: Reporting to the Head of Operations you will provide customer service and administration support to therapists and clients ensuring successful business operations. Duties and responsibilities: Be the warm, professional first point of contact for clients – often parents navigating NDIS-funded services Scheduling and supporting over 80 Speech Therapists Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls using softphone systems Convert enquiries into happy, ongoing clients Support our therapists with admin tasks like scheduling, resource prep, invoicing and follow-ups Maintain accurate records on the customer database General admin and customer service duties Skills and qualifications: Proven experience in customer service roles in an office environment. Previous experience working with NDIS participants or within an NDIS-funded service highly regarded Strong administration skills with previous experience scheduling appointments preferred Team player used to a high-volume working environment with soft phone experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with good problem solving skills Good computer skills: Pipedrive, Hubspot (or similar CRM) and allied health practice management software experience an advantage If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a fun, supportive team that offer ongoing training and values your contribution, apply NOW!
