Role: Customer Service & Aftersales Lead Location: Northern Suburbs Melbourne Job Type: Permanent Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 Super Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and end-users to support the growth of the aftersales service offering. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored service solutions. Manage all aspects of service coordination, including handling enquiries, scheduling, and site visit follow-ups. Represent the business during interstate client visits , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, technical service) to ensure seamless delivery and support. Ideal Background: 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, or account management roles. Exposure to electrical, electronic, or power-related products or industries —such as UPS systems, power converters, switchboards, or industrial equipment. A technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving and working with engineered solutions. Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and client-focused attitude. Comfortable with occasional travel as part of a national client support role.
