Casual ongoing role with a view to permanent $38 per hour Knoxfield location Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm Our client an Australian owned and operated market-leader within the automotive electrical and portable power management industries are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Knoxfield. Reporting to the Administration Manager and being part of the Customer Service and Technical Support team your duties will include: Customer Service & Order Processing Manage inbound calls and emails, responding to pricing, product, and order inquiries Accurately process customer orders Maintain backorders and provide delivery updates Handle complaints with empathy and provide solutions or escalate appropriately Sales & Product Support Identify sales opportunities and promote add-ons to boost order value Support marketing campaigns and work closely with sales reps Provide technical product information and customer education Logistics & Administration Arrange freight for export orders and track consignments Interaction with the warehouse when required About YOU! At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or technical product knowledge a bonus) Accurate data entry skills A proactive, customer-first mindset and confident communication skills Experience using ERP systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools (Pronto or Soho experience highly regarded) Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team, this role could be your next great opportunity.
