THE ROLE We’re looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our EPEC storage and warehouse facility located in South Brisbane. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient management of our warehouse operations. This includes overseeing the unloading, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining a clean and organised facility, and ensuring all activities meet Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards. You’ll also play a key role in transporting materials to and from vendors and sites and providing high-level support to our teams. ABOUT YOU You are an experienced and capable warehouse professional with a proven track record in managing warehouse operations and leading teams. You bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach to your work, underpinned by a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. You will bring: Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse management. In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) best practices within a warehouse environment. Proficient in inventory management systems, quality management software, and the Microsoft Office suite. Hold a valid Australian open unrestricted driver’s licence. Possess a current forklift licence. Hold a Certificate in Warehouse Operations or an equivalent qualification. Logical, solutions-focused, and highly organised, with a keen eye for maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant workspace.
