We are seeking a professional, reliable and enthusiastic Engineering Technologist and Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. About the role Duties/Responsibilities: For Engineering Technologist Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of print and ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network components. Support the development and improvement of technical solutions tailored to client requirements. Conduct site assessments, installations, and system upgrades for managed print and IT services. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with system diagnostics and performance optimization. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and support materials. Ensure all solutions comply with relevant technical standards and company procedures. Assist in evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements to existing systems. Duties/Responsibilities: For Project Administrator Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and team assignments for print and ICT service delivery. Support planning by tracking progress, updating timelines, and identifying risks or delays. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates for internal teams and clients. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and help forecast future costs. Ensure quality checks are completed and project outcomes meet client requirements. Assist with workflow updates, system rollouts, and implementation tracking. Communicate project status clearly and regularly to all stakeholders. Benefits and perks An attractive remuneration package ($75,000 – $100,000) will be rewarded to the right candidate depends on experiences. Skills and experiences Ideal Candidate must be: Qualifications in Engineering, Technology, Administration or related fields Previous experience in a similar role Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively Good problem solving skills and strict to deadlines Great communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to achieve targets and foster a good team environment
