This isn't just another AI engineering role – it's an opportunity to pioneer intelligent automation in HR technology while leading a world-class team. Your core responsibilities will include: Lead AI Architecture: Design and implement enterprise-scale AI systems. Build Agentic AI Solutions: Create intelligent agents that automate tasks. Drive Innovation: Create innovative solutions through the use of AI. Scale Intelligence: Transform our existing automation platform with advanced AI capabilities. Develop Revolutionary AI: Design, deploy, and build agentic AI workflows for complex HR scenarios using Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems, including real-time processing pipelines and AI-powered integrations with 50 SaaS platforms. Provide Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing AI team, fostering an AI center of excellence and driving strategic technical decisions. Drive Business Impact: Significantly reduce customer onboarding time, enhance SaaS integrations, and enable predictive HR analytics for smarter workforce decisions. Innovate the Platform: Integrate AI capabilities into our existing automation platform, build scalable ML infrastructure, ensure responsible AI practices, and design APIs/SDKs for customer-built AI workflows. Desired Skills and Experience 7 years of AI/ML engineering experience , with 3 years in leadership . Deep expertise in Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock) and production experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar). Strong background in MLOps and scalable AI system architecture . Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch , and modern ML engineering tools. Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects on cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform). Familiarity with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, or similar), enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and DevOps practices. A team builder who can hire, mentor, and develop AI/ML talent. An innovative communicator able to translate complex AI concepts and deliver measurable business outcomes.
