As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our commercial teams. You’ll design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with our strategic goals, support product launches, and enhance field performance. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our Veterinary Diagnostic Consultants (VDCs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging training programs using diverse methods (in-person, virtual, self-paced). Conduct capability assessments and field observations to identify development needs. Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to localize training tools and content. Lead induction training for new hires across the commercial organisation. Support product launches with tailored medical and sales training. Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Champion IDEXX values and foster a culture of learning and excellence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (preferred) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded) 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in animal health or diagnostics (desirable) Proven success in developing and delivering training programs Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Deep understanding of sales processes and adult learning methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms What can we offer?
