Sales & Rentals Coordinator — North Ward, Townsville

About the role An opportunity has become available within our Townsville Office for the position of a Sales & Rentals Coordinator. This role will be based around supporting the sales and rental’s team, managing inventory allocation, , and administrative support to both the sales and rental’s team. This position will report to the Branch Manager. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for locating and allocating suitable rental units as required. Raise rental agreements, terminations, agreement changes and associated transport documentation relating to all rental and rental transport moves for North Queensland region Ensure all rehire vendor invoices are received and paid for the month. Log Warranty Installation reports under Crown forms and supply copies for Commissions Review order packs and schedule works in line with customer expectations Raise and send Purchase Orders for Non Inventory parts requested in sales order packs to vendors Complete monthly stocktake and monthly stock reconciliation as per company policy and ensure all variances are thoroughly investigated by stock take cuff off point Requesting quotes for transport from Suppliers Prepare forms for scrapping of forklifts, batteries and chargers as per procedure and submit for approval. Process credit card payments and provide remittance to H/O Skills and Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organization and coordination skills. Intermediate to advance computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
