Description About the Role We’re on the hunt for a self-sufficient and highly organised Sales Representative to manage our Darwin shopfront and be the face of Envirolab in Darwin. This is not a typical sales role — it’s a hands-on, fast-paced position that combines account management, logistics coordination, customer support, and operational oversight. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, preparing quotes, managing sample dispatch, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock, and keeping everything running smoothly. Support is provided by a casual Sales Assistant, but this role requires someone who can confidently work independently, solve problems on the fly, and manage competing priorities. Responsibilities Act as the main contact for local clients – prepare and follow up quotes, resolve enquiries Organise couriers, freight and deliveries as needed across the region Manage stock levels of sampling equipment and consumables Keep the shopfront clean, well-stocked and running efficiently Maintain accurate records in our CRM and liaise with internal teams Provide support and task direction to a casual Sales Assistant Represent Envirolab at a high standard across all client and courier interactions Skills And Experiences About You A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable car – travel is required 3 years of experience in sales, client service, or admin/logistics roles Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service abilities Confidence working autonomously in a high-responsibility role Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office A science or technical background (preferred but not essential) At Envirolab Group, you’ll be part of a supportive team environment led by industry experts.
