About the Role: This is a hands-on, customer-facing role based at our Wollongong branch. You’ll: Serve trade customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email Head out to customer sites occasionally to check in, build relationships, and spot new opportunities Quote jobs, process orders and respond to enquiries Pitch in with deliveries using the company vehicle when needed Help keep the warehouse ticking – receiving stock, replenishing shelves, and assisting with inventory About You: Trade/Industry Experience: You’ve worked in trade sales or industrial supply, know your products, and understand what matters to tradies on-site Customer-Focused: You’re confident, reliable, and build strong relationships with ease Team-Oriented: You enjoy working in a tight team and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves Driven & Down to Earth: You bring a good attitude, take initiative, and get the job done without fuss Licences: Driver’s licence is essential; forklift licence is a bonus (or we’ll help you get one) Work Rights: Must be an Australian/NZ citizen or resident Ready to join?
