Duties Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Coordination of inspections and settlements Customer service, including liaison with owners, purchasers, agents, builders and solicitors Meeting and greeting customers in the sales office and onsite display apartments, and front desk duties Office administration and utilising CRM Database management, ‘live-chat’ response management and lead generation Assisting the Sales team with day-to-day tasks, launch events and functions, and handover packs Producing daily reports, sales research and competitor analysis Specific requirements: A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required 2 years’ Admin / Customer Service experience Must be able to work weekends Desire to kick-start long-term career in Residential Sales Customer-focused with amazing Communication and Interpersonal skills Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Mandarin language skills a plus Benefits Generous starting package with commissions for each sale the team makes (you get it by just supporting them!)
