Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be: Providing 1st and 2nd level remote and onsite support for clients. Maintaining relationships with clients. Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware. Assisting with migrations between on-premise and cloud. Delivering a high level of customer service and communication. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:Demonstrated experience of providing level 1 IT support.Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Network troubleshooting.Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience working within a Managed Service Provider.Prior experience working within the Healthcare sector is advantageous.A current drivers license and vehicle.
