You’ll identify sales process opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions and drive data backed decisions. Description - Enable data driven decision making by analysing and interpreting sales data to uncover trends, refine sales projections and identify growth opportunities. - Evaluate existing sales processes and pinpoint areas where AI/ML can enhance decision-making, automation and predictive analytics. - Partner closely with Sales teams to understand challenges and deliver tailored AI/ML solutions that improve pipeline management, account strategy and sales performance. - Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using tools to translate complex data into actionable intelligence that supports decision making at every level. - Lead AI/ML initiatives by collaborating with IS&T, AIDP, Operations, Finance and Sales leaders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with core data strategy. - Act as liaison between CSO and WW Data & Insights teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and alignment on best practices. - Assess change impact through stakeholder engagement and mitigate through implementation of strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new tools. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance to safeguard data and maintain trust within the organisation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with AI/ML models and their application in business processes. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of Salesforce and sales analytics. Experience delivering complex technology solutions within retail environments (online and physical) desired.
