The Role As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of our sales pipeline in your region, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring a small, high-performing sales team. You’ll work closely with the operations and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying and closing new opportunities Lead, mentor, and support a small team of sales representatives Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored, effective solutions for clients What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales within electronic security, AV, or a related technology sector Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a small team Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regionally as needed Why Join Us?
