Senior Level 3 IT Engineer — Bayswater, Bayswater Area

Job Description The Company Our client is a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small to mid-sized businesses with managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, VoIP, and automation services. They're on the lookout for a Senior Level 3 Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to help shape the future of automation, security, and IT support. Responsibilities Owning technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting for diverse client environments. Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 , including Teams Voice, Intune, and Security Center. Working with Microsoft 365 add-ons like CheckPoint, SkyKick, and Inforcer . Leading network setups using Unifi switches, APs, and firewalls. Monitoring threats using Huntress SIEM and coordinating incident responses. Managing and learning 3CX VoIP , with full training provided. Building automation workflows with Rewst and Pia to eliminate repetitive tasks. Developing AI Agents for smarter ticket handling and client interactions. Skills 5 years of hands-on experience in senior technical support roles. Microsoft 365 mastery (Teams Voice, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Security). Experience with RMM tools and scripting for automation. Confidence with Unifi network architecture and deployment. Exposure to SIEM solutions (Huntress preferred). VoIP experience (3CX or similar – training will be provided if needed). Experience in the MSP industry and managing multiple clients.
