About the Role: We’re currently seeking Mid to Senior-level Quality Engineers with ERP testing experience – particularly Workday – to join our growing team. You will be working across major enterprise projects with leading clients, helping ensure the successful delivery of Workday implementations and upgrades. In this role, you will bring your expertise in Workday (and broader ERP systems) to define test strategies, perform hands-on testing, engage with stakeholders, and improve quality across all phases of the software lifecycle. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand Workday/ERP functionality and requirements. Review functional documentation for testability and contribute to test planning activities. Design and execute test cases across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Finance. Lead test preparation and execution phases, ensuring traceability and coverage across business processes. Identify and track defects, working closely with functional consultants and developers to resolve issues. Provide accurate test reporting and quality metrics to the delivery team and business sponsors. Support business users during UAT and parallel payroll testing phases. Apply best practice test methodologies and tools within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Essential Skills and Experience: Mid to Senior level experience in testing roles, within large enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Workday testing (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials) across multiple projects. Broad ERP testing experience including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. Strong understanding of the end-to-end Workday testing lifecycle, including configuration validation and business process testing. Experience with parallel payroll testing or similar complex payroll test cycles. Familiarity with test management tools such as OpenText ALM, Jira, or similar. Excellent communication skills – able to interact with vendors, business users, and delivery teams. ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent experience.
