Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective technical support across software, hardware, and network systems Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as required Install and configure hardware, workstations, servers, and IT accessories Assist in setting up, maintaining, and upgrading systems and network infrastructure Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security Maintain documentation of IT procedures, network diagrams, and support logs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with project goals Support data centre hardware installations and technical operations Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT infrastructure role Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking, system configurations, and cloud platforms Familiarity with data pipelines, system integrations, and performance monitoring tools Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Strong communication and teamwork abilities Certifications such as CompTIA A, Microsoft, or Cisco (preferred but not mandatory) Apply Now!
