We are seeking a Full-Time Project Administrator to support our logistics and supply chain projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, track milestones, manage documentation, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery across warehousing, distribution, and transportation functions. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in project execution, ensuring alignment with both operational goals and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, execution, and close-out of logistics projects, including warehouse upgrades, route optimisation, and system integrations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and KPIs, reporting progress to stakeholders and identifying any variances. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation including scope documents, Gantt charts, SOPs, risk registers, and procurement records. Coordinate meetings with internal departments (transport, warehousing, procurement) and external vendors, including minute taking and action tracking. Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project components. Help manage contract administration related to logistics services, leases, and technology platforms. Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, and other industry regulations during project implementation. Provide administrative support for procurement, including preparing RFQs, evaluating proposals, and processing purchase orders. Qualifications: Diploma (or equivalent qualification). Minimum 3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role within the logistics, freight, or supply chain sector. Understanding of logistics operations, supply chain functions, or transport management systems (TMS/WMS). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and project tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana). Excellent communication, organisational, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with logistics KPIs and reporting standards is an advantage. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
