Role Details: $38–$40 per hour Super 12-Month Contract with Potential for Permanency East Melbourne 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday Full-time office based role What You’ll Be Doing: As the key point of contact for day-to-day office operations, your responsibilities will include: Managing reception and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth Handling daily mail, couriers, and PO box collections Issuing access passes and managing office security protocols Booking meeting rooms, organising catering, and supporting onsite events Coordinating office supplies and ensuring stock is well maintained Assisting with new staff inductions and general administrative support Liaising with maintenance contractors for minor facility issues Supporting travel and accommodation bookings via internal systems (UConnect) Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and functional office environment About You: We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn , and the ability to work autonomously . Whether you're experienced or looking to grow into the role, we’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You’ll ideally have: Previous experience in office administration or reception (not essential) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management abilities Confidence using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus (training provided) A friendly, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Why Join Us?
