We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts across all phases of a project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, minimising risk, and maximising project value in line with legal and organisational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and administer contracts for the procurement of goods and services, construction projects, and maintenance work. Review project requirements, scope, and deliverables to develop and manage contract documentation. Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and performance. Evaluate tender submissions, assist with contract negotiations, and award contracts in alignment with procurement policies. Maintain records of contract correspondence, amendments, claims, variations, and project-related documentation. Monitor contractor performance and delivery milestones to ensure adherence to contractual terms. Identify and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations with appropriate documentation and escalation. Ensure all contract administration processes comply with relevant legislation, company policies, and risk management practices. Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and contractual advice for internal and external stakeholders.
